    trouble purchasing on steam

    Im having trouble purchasing on steam as of this past day. I was trying to purchase gta4 that is on the daily sales, but I think its region locked in here, though it doesnt say so, it simply says the purchase was not possible try at another time bs, so I tried, several other times, and it didnt work. Now I purchased a game for 5 bux that was available to my region, and it said, the purchase is pending... and the game is on my list, but I cant download it because it says the purchase is still pending.... my credit card is working fine, and I have been using it fine for the past 2 months on steam. Also its a visa travel money, so its not a regular credit card, it has funds on it... dont know why steam is acting strangely as of now. Anyones been to a similar situation?

    If you fail a purchase a certain amount of times they put a temporary lock on all purchases. Send a ticket to steam, if you haven't already (which you should have), they are usually very quick to reply.

    yeah its fine now, I think they locked all my purchases for some time cuz I was trying to purchase the region locked game(gta4) over and over again lol.... if anyone wnats to gift me gta4 Id gladly gift something worth of 15 dollars back?
