ok so i dont really have much exp. tweaking setting for gfx cards

i guess i can use the ATI Catalyst control center that came with my dell

but what settings do u recommend to improve performance

i dont play high end games..

but i play old school emulators like..MAME,SNES,NES

and i use photoshop cs2 and adobe flash 8 pro very heavy

any one have suggestions to get my card preforming at its best without risking hardware failure like overclockin

you should not need to over clock your card for such programs.

Photoshop relies more heavily on the processor.

If you want to try and squeeze a little more performance out of the card, you can try running omegadrivers.
