Sorry for my noobish questions but i'm not too technical on computers. What is the proper technique for uninstalling a game? I did the uninstall program thing off of the control panel but it still leaves a bunch of folders and files. Do I just uninstall and then delete these folders? I put Battlefield Vietnam on my computer just because I hadn't played it in awhile and I forgot how much it sucked and I want it completely gone. What is the best way to make it so like it was never there? I don't want random files I don't need still leftover taking up room on my hdd. Thanks guys

After uninstalling the game use ccleaner and you will be fine.

ok well i got ccleaner and i did the registry cleaner and the other cleanup tool and the files from the game or still there.

do these just need to be deleted manually or did I miss something? I want to learn how to properly remove games and have no trace of them left

Yes if you went through the uninstall process just delete the folders and files that are left. These are sometimes profile settings so that if you install it again you will have your saved games and such still. You can delete it no worries.
