    updating bf2 issue

    i downloaded 1.3 update for Bf2 and am installng it rite now..

    its been 3 hours since i started updating and its still at 15% overall..


    is this normal??

    i know oen thing for certain.. the last time i update didnt take this long

    It would be normal if you are on low ram. It normally takes me about 20-30 mins but depending on your ram, say, my neighbour's computer has 512MB and it took him about 2 hours to complete.

    If it is still, do the following:

    1. Restart computer

    2. Delete BF2 folder in My docs

    3. End all processes that go under your name (Except explorer.exe and tsakmgr) in your end processes tab. (Ctl+Alt+Del)

    4. Stop your firewall and anti-virus+ All your protections

    but it only too me 1 hour last time when i updated to 1.3 from 1.0

    i unistalled bf2 because i needed some free spaces..

    Yes. Battlefront series. But you can wait for Battlefield 2142 or Battlefield Bad Company which has AWESOME graphics. Just like the ones found in Crysis. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...........

    It was supposed to be out 2 weeks ago, but EA and DICE delayed it again and now we don't know when it's ever going to come out.
