    how much cost that i should spend for upgrading graphic my hp pavilion dv2505 from gmaX3100 to gforce 8600 ???

    I'm sorry, but you cannot upgrade the graphics card. Most laptops can not do that. Please read the GPU Guide for some additional information.

    Yeah, upgrading just the graphics card to 8600M is not possible but you can upgrade to the 8400M GS by replacing the motherboard which should cost ~USD600+ if you buy direct from HP.

    The 8400M is optional. In the U.S you can custom order the dv2500 from HP with either the X3100 or the 8400M.
