    ok what laptops would be able to take the 8700gt card as an upgrade? so if i were to but say the asus gs1 or a different one would I stil have the option to upgrade?

    Yes the 17in Clevo 570ru and Clevo d900c should be able to(the Clevo d900c should be able to take 2 of them).


    The 15.4 Asus C90s might as long as its MXM-II and less than 25w TDP( but the 8700m Gt is 35w TDP so it wont work but there might be other options the in future.)
