the specs are in my signature.

I put the game on recomended settings and i get over 30 fps. The problem is when i strafe and turn the mouse at the same time. The picture starts tearing and lags, but i have fraps and its telling me that im getting like 30+ fps. How do i stop this?

Enable VSync and tone down the settings :)

I'd recommend turn on Vsync like eleron911 also. Your specs should be able to plays COD4 at highest setting
