    I have an old ish CLEVO d470w with a ati 9000 mobility radeon (M9 64mb) this is an integrated chip on the mother board.
    I am having problems finding any video drivers compatable with DX 9.0c

    If you happen to have Vista although it'll work for XP too, the other option is the Mobility Modder from driverheaven.net, which allows you to use the latest Catalyst drivers.
