    hello i need some help i want to watch tv using my computer. i don't have satellite or cable and want to watch live tv programs from my computer to my tv screen. i have a dell xps m1210 bought a vga cable but still can't see a picture on my tv screen from the computer. i have been reading something about a tv tuner. if i bought one of these will i be able to watch tv from my computer onto my tv? will i also still need the vga cable? will i have to change any settings on my computer?
