weird anomilys gaming

I get this in many games using different computers. I see sometimes pieces of what looks like bits of paper, some larger than others. Sometimes its like a storm of papers flying about the scene. I thought it was normal but I see it in different games and with different computers. Anyone else see this?

 

Any specific games or game situations you're talking about here? If it happens with different games and different computers, I'd suspect that you're seeing something that's actually coded into the game and more than one game just happens to have a similar effect. Otherwise, it sounds like you're seeing things, whether that's got to do with your eyes or some kind of glare from behind you or anything else...

 

Sounds like artifacting. Reinstall your drivers.

It sounds like it to me too, but the same artifacting on different computers seems pretty unlikely. Then again, the whole thing seems pretty unlikely - that the OP would see similar "anomalies" on multiple games using multiple computers - regardless of the reason.

 

I guess it could be considered tearing. It looks like pages blowing around the screen in a wind.. Some are small and some are larger.

 

Sounds like seizures...
