    I was wondering what type of games can you play with VIA VN896 CHROME 9HC 2D/3D graphics card i found in a Sager notebook. would it be possible to do Halo2? also what type of dvd viewing experience would you have with this graphic card? :rolleyes:

    the support for via graphics in games is worse than that of intel, from notebookcheck this seems to be worse than intel gma900.

    if you want to play games look for a dedicated graphics, if you can't get a at least an intel, although the nvidia and ati integrated seem to have more game compatibility

    That graphics chipset is half as powerful as the GMA950 and the 950 can't even load Halo 2.

    As for videos, it shouldn't be a problem with regular DVDs...granted if the correct drivers are installed. That is if you can find them :p
