I usually leave it until my desktop starts to get cluttered, then I delete. For games that have a lot of replay or benchmarking value, (like Crysis, mmo's, racing games) I just leave them since I have plenty of hard drive space.

I just leave them on there until I have to reformat, and then just don't put them on again.

I'll left them on my laptop.
Maybe I would play them again and sometime use them to test the laptop performance.

I usually leave all the games there. I mean, unless I'm missing hard drive space, then I can always replay any of them if I ever feel like it :D

If the game is really good, I start up a new game right after. Recent ones I can remember so far, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky, Mirror's Edge, Dark Sector, FEAR 2, Cryostasis, probably Rise of The Argonauts and Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway that I just completed this week. :) Of course it also depends on what is released at the same time as well, I may move on to another new release. On the second play through I will record the parts that I want, as I make videos of the games for YouTube.

Games with lots of quests and different paths can you take within the storyline, like FFVII or Fable. Or just racing games that are fun to play over and over. If it's a game with a linear storyline then it has less replay value.

Usually leave my games on the pc.....if i dont enjoy the game it gets the boot straight away.......then i may re-install it at a later point......did that with the orginal baldarsgate, didnt like it to start with so uninstalled it, put it on 2 years later and absolutely loved it......tastes changed i guess.

You know, if you want your laptop to look professional you can just create a hidden folder and stick all your games there.

    Simple.

Leave it if it is good (HL2) or if it has alternate gameplay (Oblivion).

Delete it if it has no replay value at all or if I just don't like it.

Although these days its better to uninstall if you're not going to play in a while for the sake of recovering a DRM install.

I uninstall them if/when I complete them or get bored of a certain title. I'll back up the save games and also save any patches to an external HDD just in case it's a long while before I feel nostalgic and reinstall a particular game.

Depends on how much I liked the game and where I installed it. BioShock, for example, will wit on my desktop hard drive until infinity and beyond (or at least until it breaks or something <: ). I usually don't delete games I went through, while playing on my desktop. However on my laptop the only games I leave are those from Steam - TF2, UT3, GMod, HL2 :DM and Portal.

That's true for me, too. I ensure I always have Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri installed on any computer I have. " Don't leave now. The drones need you." :)

Games with good sandbox environments like Saints Row 2, GTA SA, GTA IV etc. Almost any game that has really good AI where each time you play, the situation changes and how enemies respond are different, like Halo.
