Right now this laptop usee Nvidia Geforce Go 7400.
Im pretty sure Geforce Go 7 series are for laptopbs.
Does Nvidia have something like that for their Quadro fx cards?
If so if i buy them, and ask some professional to install them on my laptop(Samsung) would it work? Is it that simple?

I'd have to say no, the vast majority of notebooks don't support upgrading GPUs. We'd have to know the exact model of notebook you have to confirm though.

unless it is MXM or AXIOM, (or select Dell models), GPU upgrades are a no go. oh im not so sure how available notebook GPUs are..never really looked for any of them.

Laptop GPUs are almost never upgradable. Make sure yours is before you buy a replacement though.

You would be correct in assuming it is not an upgradeable gfx card. Most builder just don't seem to care about future upgradability of everything in a laptop and it is alot harder to design a laptop for next gen gpu's when half the time you don't know their specs during the design phase anyway.

It's a Clevo design. It's modular, but the format is Clevo proprietary. So if Clevo ever decides to upgrade that model or make another one based on the same formfactor and allows acces to the card for upgrade purposes and the upgrade doens't need a MoBo/adapter upgrade as was the case in the past, then yes.

I'm pretty sure (but you should definitely check before doing so) you can go up to the 512MB go7900GTX, but beyond that I wouldn't bet on it. I don't think it would be worth it spend that much money on a small gain anyway.
