    it says in the laptopvideo2go faq "Do NOT forget there is NO best driver for everything. One is good for games, one is good for video, one fixes some problems while introducing new ones and so on." I use my computer primarily for games.

    Will i be fine if i just go with the 165.01? BTW, it's for the card in my sig

    What kind of games? Laptopvideo2go has a very nice faq in their forums explaining which drivers are suitable for particular series of nvidia cards. Try looking it up and see what's best for you. The 160xx series of drivers tends to work best with the 8 series cards from what I've read here.

    Dont get that driver. The numbering is decieving, despite it being 165, the other 163.xx drivers are usually newer. The 165.01 was released 6 months ago, the 163.75 was released not long ago, a matter of weeks i think. Im using the 169.02's with my 8600GT and all the TDR errors have stopped and c&c 3 dosent crash anymore (as it did with the 165.01)
