    On Vista32 drivers.

    I have an HD3650 core 600mhz memory 500mhz GDDR2 and get 3800 point 3dmark06demo with any other drivers. 8.5, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4,

But with your Bored Mod v3 , I get 4160 points a lot better , I have tried the modded 9.3 and 9.4 but only get around the 3800 point mark.

what is so special about the "E-wrecked Bored Mod v3" drivers , is it something about running my HD3650 as a HD3870?

I am looking to use 9.4 , but i cannot accept a 300+ point drop.

    what is up.

    thanks.

Why do you care about a synthetic benchmark? How does the 9.4 drivers perform in real games? Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, World of Warcaft, etc.

Well synthetic benchmarks only mean so much.

It's basically just a number. I mean, sometimes the number is very erratic, even within a same class of GPU and sometimes, th difference in this number between 2 GPUs does not reflect actual performance difference.

As said, the actual gaming performance will be the determining factor as I've personally experienced decreases in synthetic benchmarks due to new drivers before, but the gaming power of the GPU increased quite nicely :D.
