    wellllllllll they might....but on the other hand the 7900GTx is a powerful card......so............maybe ???

    Yup, by a little bit though. there is a m9700 review w/ 3dMark score at http://www.hothardware.com/viewarticle.aspx?articleid=825&cid=10 but for some reson i can't acess it right now :confused:

    if u ask me, hardware wise, the dual 7900gs might be a better idea than a single 7900gtx because dual 7900gs only produce TDP of 40W and the heat is spread through two card vs the 45W of the 7900GTX

    Yes, two Go7900GS's will outperform a singel Go7900GTX 512. However, I wouldn't buy the Alienware m9700 because of the single-core Turion 64 processor. Any new notebook you buy today should have a dual-core processor.
