if i overclock my clock from 675/2000 to 770/2200 with ATI tool, will the voltage on my card increase too? i heard that high voltage will damage the card.

will it automatically change the volts if i overclock or voltage has to be changed manually?

No, when you overclock, you simply increase the clocks not the voltage.

You can also increase the voltage of ur equipment, but that is a separate thing from overclocking.
