I found this pretty cheap laptop here in manila and I'm thinking this maybe a good xmas gift for my gf who's very obsessed in WoW. I thought radeon 9700 is pretty old but will it still run WoW? thank you very MUCH!![]()

Yes, WoW should run just fine. You might want to upgrade the RAM to at least 1GB though.

It should run at fairly high settings without any problems - WoW is not a very demanding game, although I would recommend you upgrade the ram to at least 768mb or 1gig.

That should run WoW pretty well. Is it really cheap though? That's a fairly dated system.
I also recommend you bring it up to at least 1 GB of RAM.

it's priced at 39000pesos (about 800$). it's not that cheap but it's actually rare to see a dedicated graphics card in that price usually integrated GMA's (and sometimes more pricey). Thank you very much!!
