What kind of 3dmark 05 and 06 do you think this would get?

3DMark05 should run in the neighborhood 5,000, and '06 around 3,000. Overclocking could push you to 6,000 and 4,000, respectively, but you're going to have heat problems as it is with that P4.

Yeah, you should be able to get 5k - 6k in 05 with that machine. I had a 9300 with a 6800 go and I was able to get ~4500 in 05, so you should be able to get at least 5k without OC.
