    plz tell me that why x- men origin volverine is not running on my laptop studio 15 ...it has run every game which i have thrown at it...
    my laptop specs r:-
    core 2 duo 2.4 ghz
    3 gb ram
    250 gb hdd
    ati mobility radeon hd 3450 256mb

    i am getting an error that is "windows has encountered a problem and the program needs to be terminated" as soon as i click on the exe of the game..

    has anybody with the same graphic card been able to run this game???plz help to run this game...

    try reinstalling the game it sounds like a failed or corrupt install.

    i have reinstalled the game 3-4 times now.. but then also i am facing the same problem..

    It gives him the error that maybe you got a bad torrent :D lol.... jk....or not.... but did you download through D2D or actually have the CD... or the First one :/

    According to the system requirements, the 3450 doesn't meet the minimums, which could possibly mean that the game detects your GPU and rejects it altogether (which is possible with what you're experiencing) or it just can't muscle out a decent framerate at minimum specs. Though GPU rejection isn't very common these days as long as it's Nvidia or ATi and at least DX9.0c capable.

    It seems bad torrent. :p if he has got cd, he can just contact activision and solve the problem, if its not solved then he can ask for a replacement dvd.

    heys guys i got the problem fixed...the game required nvidia physx installed on the system whether u have nvidia card or not..so i installed it and now the game is running fine in 1024 x 768 resolution..
