I would say stick with the e1705...I hear that NWN2 is more demanding than even Oblivion...but others might have more direct experience.

very low settings probably around 30-40 fps. but it depends if u can look at horrible looking characters or not. and check the gpu support list for NWN2 cause my buddy had a go7300 and it wasnt supported, as a result he had no sky while playing. yeah it was just black and random colors.

NWN2 was not smooth on my T60 (X1400, 1.5GB RAM, 2.0ghz C2D). The fps was probably 15-40 at (almost) minimum settings.

I played NWN2 campaign on my IBM T60 before (Core Duo 2.0, 2GB RAM, x1400, 100GB 5400rpm) and didn't have any problem at all. Graphics setting was probably set to very low though.

Btw, RAM from 1.5GB to 2GB produced a big improvement from my experience (such as C&C Generals).

Currently, I'm playing C&C 3 and the campaign and skirmish mode runs quite decently on default graphic setting.

thx for the replies, dont intend on getting rid of my dell e1705 with a 7900gs, but am tempted to get the gateway tablet also. Mostly i play rpgs on pc cuz of mods, and was curious about nwn2, got 360 for everything else. Thx all.
