    to what can you compare the x1600 gpu in desktop graphics card ? ati and nvidia please.
    i want to know that because any game has the minimum requerments given in desktop specs.

    You won't see the X1600 being the 'minimum requirement' for a while. The mobility cards are comparable to the lower-end desktop versions of the same GPU.

    i donty reallt get that post , so the x1600 in a notebook is as fast as one in a desktop? and what is his comparison by nvidia cards??

    He means that the X1600 is comparable to the slowest X1600 in the desktop range. The X1600 is available in different versions, where the XT is the fastest.
    The mobile X1600 is comparable to the slowest desktop-version (not the XT), or if we compare to older cards, it's about the same power as the 6800GT.
