I got 3600 marks on 3dmark05 on my toshiba a7, on my LG S1 I got 4100 marks. The toshiba is heavier and bulkier than the LG. The processor of the toshiba is 2.0 compared to 2.13 on the LG. Is this the reason or is it just underclocked? I tried omega drivers, helped a little but not as much as it did with the LG. Should I regret buying the Toshiba?

The only way to tell if it is underclocked is to find out what the video card is running at - download ATI Tray Tools or PowerStrip and see what the clocks are. The 2.16GHz processor won't make a big difference between the scores, but will account for some of it.
The laptops will only be comparable in terms of benchmarking if they are running the same drivers, another thing to check on.
