Everything runs great for the most part but I was playing css and every 2 minutes or so there is this wierd low click sound and I don't know what it is...like something tries to start up but dies down immediately.....but whenever that happens my mouse moves extremely slowly and it only happens when there is that sound but I can't figure out what that low sound is from. Then I closed source to see if it was just the game and it wasn't...even when I have nothing running there is that sound and a spike is shown in the performance chart. The sound is not a problem and it doesn't slow the computer or anything...its very minimal, but it is a problem when I'm playing something and the mouse moves really slowly for like 2 seconds...
    Any advice would be appreciated...
    Thanks

EDIT: spike not always there but sound still there every 2 to 3 minutes or so
