    Hi,

    I'm looking to buy a notebook soon to play Age of Empires II, Singles I, Sims I and II and Diablos (It's the one I own now), and maybe more. What about those two laptop from HP:

    The Go7400 is somewhat more powerful than the intel X3100(it's not X1300). Other than that the differ only in their platform, with the 6550 featuring the updated Santa Rosa platform.
    If you look around, you can find the F3Jp for under $1300. It features much better graphics, albeit a slightly older platform. If thoe games are your primary requirements, then I'd say the F3Jp is indeed a better choice.

    I thought that santa rosa implied 800 FSB, but it seems that i was wrong....
    i don't know but the old plataform and higher FSB seems to be better....

    X3100 should run those games fine, and Santa Rosa is the better pick.

    I still think you should wait a few more days for the dell 1520.... that´s what i am doing right now.... will only buy later...
