    hi i have alot of simulator games like dirt track racing and sprint car racing
    and dirt tack racing -2 and alot of flight sim games will these games play
    on windows 7 pro in xp mode?

    Windows 7 XP mode, does not support games, I know it`s an shame :(

    those games don,t run in window 7 natively?

    All 3D/DirectX functionality is completely disabled in Windows XP Mode in Windows 7.

    you could try vmware player... i know vmware has great directx tools built in for playing games.... Virtualbox should be able to also but at a lower framerate

    A lot of flight sim games from the 90's don't play well with Windows Vista or 7, heck many never even played well with XP. VirtualBox is your best bet, but you will need an XP license in order to play that way.
