I ran powermizer switch as administrator but my gpu keeps throttling. I'm using high performance power plan, and I also went under nvidia control panel and set power management to maximum performance. Nothing seems to work. Temps are 45c-80c.

This is how much it throttles and it's permanent until I reset.

I have the same problem. For now I can come around it only if I remove any OC I did to the gpu and return to stock clocks...

I know if you over clock too high the cards go into a funky mode. I only correct clock mine, 550/1000/1350.

for some reason it seems you are stuck at battery clocks. have you tried nVidia system tools and manually set the clocks?

Edit; another possible issue is the power brick. If there is not enough power the system may be down clocking you..........

Nvidia system tools does not work. I've noticed that if I underclock by 30mhz on all three clocks it stops downclocking.

Would power brick issues make my screen turn off and on?

Nevermind, underclocking only postpones the downclocking.

Yes a power brick that is being strained could provide under voltage and the inter circuitry could then shut the internal screen off. I am not saying this is your issue but I would try and find someone with a compatible brick with better wattage output and see..............

Presently I am using the L2 but I think one of the others works as well but is a bit looser................

What does it mean if underclocking to 496/885/1245 completely fixes the issue? Is it a power brick issue or a bad GPU?

too general a question. If you never had a heat issue I would say this leans toward a brick issue. You could however still have internal capacitor issues that a new brick would not solve. Same could be said of the mini board the power plug goes into. This is why I recomend borowing another brick...........

No heat problems. But I did just notice my left side USB ports on the mini board don't work.

not a good thing, I think that is part of that power board too.......
