    2nd hard drive in a 7805

    Ok so I picked up a 2nd Hd for my 7805 320mb 7200 rpm sata put it in but it does not show up. Took it out and put it back in it will show up on the device manager but will not let me format or give it a drive letter.

    No i can't do anything to it the wizard does not come up or anything like that I can't format it or open it

    1. Open Computer Management by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-clicking Computer Management. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. In the Navigation pane, under Storage, click Disk Management.

    Could you take a screenshot of everything you see in Disk Management and post it here.


    3. Right-click an unallocated region on your hard disk, and then click New Simple Volume.

    Is it present in the BIOS? Did you set it up to RAID?
