    3 Unknown Devices

    Hey Guys,

    I purchased a Gateway P-7805u a few months ago and I decided to buy an extra hdd so that I could run Windows XP. I installed XP with the IDE setting in the bios and did not run into any problems. I then installed all of the drivers.

    My problem now is when I open up device manager, I see 3 unknown devices under other devices. I also could not get any version of the Intel Matrix Storage Manager to install. Any suggestions? Thank you.

    Btw, I installed the following drivers:
    chipset
    lan
    wifi
    modem
    media card reader
    webcam
    video
    audio
    mouse
