There is one thread with 3-4 pages of 3dmark06 scores...The average score is 8700...I scored 8752 bone stock....That 9293 is not stock is it?
 -

maybe you should post what type of computer you have? might be a good place to start.
 -

My results in sig. Still trying to find a good oc that wont crash oblivion. I keep getting a crash where the screen turns off and the laptop becomes unresponsive. Anyone know if it is due to core, mem, or shader oc?

all thanks to my 1600 gpu SLI config. test run at default. -

Here's my highest:

I believe the GPU driver was 177.92. The 178.13 came close to it, just shy of 100 marks. -

i had the same problem with my 6860 and i tried everything under the sun but nothing helped sadly. -

LOL. Groovy and yea me too. Wonder who the first will be to get it?
 -

i dunno man...ill sell everything i own minus my tv and ps3 to get it.
realistically though, thats just my erection talking. my brain says 'what you have is good enough for now' -

 -

I know right!? Me and you have asked just about every one of them!
Ya. I totally hear ya there man! -

thats what they say. -

Wow 10 BS replays... Lets see im giving you the OCed GPU settings, and the STOCK CPU. this is the gateway forums and the gate way laptop with 2.66 stock CPU is the 7811. If you dont want contribute thats fine, going around bashing people, don't you have something better to do? Thanks to the JBN for his replay
and the one below my first post linking the averages!

LOL. Dood, bring it down a notch. Nobody is bashing you. Theres already a thread(or two) concerning 3DMark scores, and we're just havin a little fun in this one. Most of this is tied to other threads and is definitely not aimed at you. Loosen your tie a bit. You'll live longer.

 Thx for the nice replay
, but no im not having a fit or anything we cant go around geting mad at ppl in the internet i;d die in record time! I just want me some numbers figured a post with the pure information would be nice I found some in the GPU one but mostly from E-W and John.

stock processor in the 7811 is 2.26ghz not 2.66. thats what brought up my previous question, through me for a loop.
 -

wow i have a very similar couch, i never looked at it from that angle.
 -

Looks like my dad.. Strange, we don't have a couch like that..

Posting dam p2888 vent pics.. one second. -

Your dad looks like Dave Chappelle impersonating Rick James?
 -

tell your dad to get his filthy boots off my couch
      -

 Yea..but he's white.
You deal with him, it's your couch.
      -

Here's pics, Don't know what good they will do?
 -

Those look exactly like the vents on my 6860. Even the VX Nano dongle is the same and in the same place.
      -

maybe e-wracked father snack into your house took pictures of your 6860 posted them under the name of ShortBtwnHdset, then got back to raping my couch.
 -

Hey Dook, maybe it is from your 6860!!!(Creepy feeling from other post spreading!!!)

Now That would be cool! On a Differnt topic, did you ever setup two Volumes in RAID with different stripes? Read somewhere that you went with 32 Stripe at one point. How's gaming?
 -

no no.. Jakamo managed to do all that. I just made 2 partitions..and set the cluster size of the data/second one to 64kb..went with default per Vista for the OS. Honestly, Im not very RAID-fluent. It's new to me. Dook seems to be very profficient and knowledgeable with it though. And jakamo5 seems to have done a lot of research, and he does have his 2 different stripe sizes, and his OS and 2nd partition for everything else. I believe he went 16kb stripe for OS partition, and 64kb stripe for 2nd partition.. with 32kb cluster 1st and 64 kb cluster 2nd. If I remember correctly. I could always be wrong
But, he said that when you start out making the RAID array, you can creat 2 stripe sizes at that point. I never tried..

Oh, and gaming is great.. Everything seems great. It seems a bit more responsive when accessing files, but hell.. I probably have myself convinced it is, anyhow. -

Now, I'm toying with the idea of 2 different stripe sizes. I'm really curious as to how well its working over on Jaks machine. Theoretically, its a great idea, but theoretics and actuality are rarely equal. I've done a backup of my whole RAID array (260GB Acronis Image file), so I may try this out.
Jak, when you get a moment, could you please provide an update as to how your current RAID setup is doing? ie. Actual performance. -

If your second partition is made for data, how does OS link them? In other words, when you install apps, do you put them in data part and does OS auto link at install? Wanted to ask Jackamo about that.
 -

Just tell the program to install to whichever directory you deem as a program file directory. I, however, do things a bit different. I allow everything to install to my c: drive(283gb allotted) and files such as program downloads, music, video, game iso files, gay nazi animal p0rn, etc on my D drive(278gb allotted).
I'll probably shrink the OS partition here shortly and add more to the data drive, as that seems to be a bit overkill.
