    6831FX users Which notebook cooler fits?

    I have been searching far and wide on reviews, threads all over for specific details on which notebook cooler actually fits well with the 6831FX. I will be recieving mine soon but wish to find a notebook cooler asap but one that would actually fit/benefit from one :p

    2 issues that I tried to look into is the capability to actually fit on the notebook cooler reliably without having it off balance near the back end with possible falling over issues. The other thing is the vent/grill placement on the bottom of the 6831FX and where the fans actually blow through from the notebook cooler.


    Zalman i hear is a good choice, except theres none in stock :( so thats not an option

    Coolermaster notepal infinite seems interesting with the all around cooling but it seems many are not sure if it would fit a 6831FX reliably.

    Lian-li NC-02B seems like its good too but does the placement of the fans help the 6831FX since the vents are in different places? Also not sure about fitting reliably on it.

    Also the Rosewill RNA-7000W seems to be stuck with the fan placement and the vents for the 6831FX problem as well. Also not sure about fitting reliably on it.

    Any replies would be greatly appreciated!!! :)

    It looks like www.zipzoomfly.com is out of stock, at least to what you linked to. :p Looks like a good price though which is why it's out of stock. :p

    You can get a silver color zalman 2000 that is in stock, but the black isn't at newegg.

    Or you can get the zalman 1000 model which looks like it is in stock here.

    oh dang! yeah i was looking at the black zalman and was all sad that it was out of stock, forgot there are 2 colors lol. thanks for the help :)

    The NC-1000 will not fit the P-6831FX due to its size. The NC-1000 fits up to 15.4" notebooks while the NC-2000 goes up more to fit our notebooks.

    I am really looking at the Cooler Master NotePal Infinite, but I want to see somebody do a review on it to see if it really fits it well. The specs show that it fits, but I want to know about stability.
