    Hello all,

    Thanks in advance for all your help. I am unable to burn cd's with my 6860 b\c it won't recognize a cd-r, it says cd-rw on a logo on the drive does that mean it will only do cd-rw's? It does dvd's fine but seems incapable of cd-r's. when I put one in it won't even recognize it...

    any ideas?

    nvm, bad batch of cd's

    I've never seen 40\50 cd's in a stack that were bad...
