Anyone have any idea what this could be? I've checked the guides, searched the forums, and can't find any hints. Here's the Device Manager and Nlite drivers I'm putting in. Am I missing anything?

I think it is the modem; try reinstalling the driver....by downloading it or using th "have disk" method, cause it is not showing in your device manager list....

Unknown Devices will tell you, or at least the hardware ID. Which you can then google to find out what it is.
