I am new to "forums" so please be gentle.... I have a gateway 7210gx notebook, I havehad to replace the mother board. I work in the computer, and networking industry, just not "laptops" or notebooks, so this is my first try. I replaced the motherboard, which really wasn't hard at all. Apparently I didn't do something correct, because the system will not power up at all, no boot, no hard drive run. I was told that I could have shorted the board with a wrong placement of a screw, totally possible. Could anyone direct me to link so that I could obtain a service manual, or schematic of the system. Thanks in Advance....
