    I have a universal DC to AC adaptor, which I feel is a better deal. 140 watts peak. The one that I have is about $60 at bestbuy if I remember right. I think it is CyberPower. The only downside I can think of is having the whole AC cord with you in the car, which actually can be handy say if you are in the back seat of a large SUV and the adaptor is in the front. Go to BB and check them out.

    I use an inverter too. Got mine for $5 at a yard sale several years ago.
