When viewing photos (rather online or taken by a digital camera) the photos do not look very clear like they do on my desktop computer that does not have near the specs the 7510gx. I called Gateway and they said the pictures should be crystal clear and look very sharp. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Gateway suggested that I may need to update my driver but wouldn’t the ATI driver that is already installed be the current one. They also mentioned that the video card may be bad and if the updated driver did not fix it to call back. Thanks for any help or advice.

You will be glad to know that I found out it is the internet connection and not the computer. The web service I use uses compression to speed things up.
