you know to tell you the truth, I dont really know the difference betweent hem too, only thing that I could say is that the 7515 probably or hopefully corrected most of the mistakes, if any, that the 7510GX had...

The only differences between the two are as follows:

    7510GX has a Mobile Athlon 64 3700+ running at 2.4 GHz.
    MX7515 has a Mobile Athlon 64 4000+ running at 2.6 GHz.

7510GX has a 128MB Mobility Radeon X600 that goes up to 256MB with HyperMemory.
MX7515 has a 64MB Mobility Radeon X600 that goes up to 128MB with HyperMemory.

Honestly, the 7510GX is really the better of the two systems (at least for gaming), but their differences are negligible.

Did you get that information off the BB site? If so, there is hope that it was a typo. I don't see why they would detune the GPU. Did they not make mistakes with the 7510?

    I've actually used them both.

The 7510GX is the only one with 128MB of local video memory.

No one ever believes me when I say so. :( But it's true.

But why would they make the updated version of the 7510GX have a Video Card with less memory rusulting in less FPS???
