Anyone know the boot time on 7510gx? I'm looking for the average boot time from the time you hit the power button to when the windows logon screen apears. I'm running XP Pro, but any info would be great, even from a stock 7510gx with XP home. The problem is I loaded TuneXP and it appears that my boot times are actually slower. Unfortunatally I did not time this before hand, so I cant be sure.
The other thing I am looking for is the blueprints for Bootfiles. I am runing Win XP pro corp ed. SP2. I believe its the feature in TuneXP that rearanges bootfiles that has done this.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanx

Mine's usually about 30-35 seconds. Boot time is unremarkable, actually; not very fast but not very slow either.

I figured it was around 30 seconds or so before, but now I'm looking at 50 seconds..... I guess I'll just have to do a restore.... oh well, Thanx for the reply!

If you want faster boot times, upgrade the hard drive.
