does anyone know if this is possible and if so where can I find one. I would be willing to purchase and install to see if it works.

I haven't been able to find any kind of laptop video cards anywhere. I know the board is connected but it would worth the risk to see if I can get it to work.

It isn't possible and besides, with the 7510GX's heat issues, you wouldn't want to put a Go 7800 in there anyhow.

Notebook graphics generally are not upgradeable; this is why you can't find laptop video cards anywhere. Because so much care has to be placed into power consumption and heat dissipation, and because there's so much variance in the power consumption and heat dissipation of notebook graphics units, they're almost never upgradeable/interchangeable.
