i ordered it from tigerdirect, but ive never ordered from tigerdirect before. After ordering has anyone ever received a phone call from them. asking security questions to ensure im the card holder. i m the card holder but i m always afraid of scams out their.

i normally always order from newegg.

Don't worry. It's standard protocol. You most likely shipped to a different address than your billing address. TigerDirect and Newegg are two of the best online retailers for computer parts and accessories, and electronics overall.

If you are concerned, ask for the caller's name and extension, and then call back on their 800 number.

That way you know you are talking to someone at TD.
