I bought a wd scripio drive to match with raid from newegg.com but those s mailed to me without screws!!!So where do you get those tiny little screws from to install the drive to the bracket?

You might be able to get a couple at a PC service shop.
Meanwhile, you can "borrow" two from the other HD. -

Like JohnWhoTwo said just borrow 2 from the other drive, you don't really need 4 screws holding the drive to the tray anyway. I just put the screws in opposite corners. They should come out very easily though.

they're just called hard drive caddy screws if that helps you find them online.. they're real cheap, the worst part is just waiting for htem to come
