Well I don't know whats really wrong but I have installed windows 7 ultimate build 7600. Works fine but when I run games or do like a benchmark test on the gpu the nvidia drivers crash. Like I run stress test on the GPU and half way the screen will flicker and I will get msg that the drivers have recovered from serious problem. I have also received the blue screen of death a few times to with nvlddmkm.sys error. I've installed every single update for windows 7. I have tried several different drivers and come to the same thing. I did some research and it seems alot of people have this. I don't really wanna go back to using xp. I really like this laptop but this is bugging me. I am thinking of buying the g72gx if I dont get this fixed.

no gpu is not overclocked. When I run benchmark test the gpu reaches 61c-62c and the drivers crash.

Ok actually I don't know if it has been overclocked before. If it was overclocked and I did fresh new windows does it still stay overclocked? According to nvidia panel it says Core clock: 600
    Shader Clock:1500
    memory clock:799

I've tried a bunch of them. pretty much all the new ones on nvidia site, i've tried modded 194.32 a few beta drivers everything the same.
