I have a 7805u with NVIDIA drivers 186.81 running on Vista x64. I've tried to connect to my Viewsonic N2201w which connect fine but the problem is that its not scaled correctly at all. The Viewsonic is showing up 4:3 squeezing my 16:9 resolution.

I tried connecting to my brother Samsung HDTV without any issue. Can anyone lead me in some direction to a solution? or answer?

Since you connect to the other TV and display fine it sounds more like the monitor has an issue than the PC.
