but..... it doesnt work. SIGH... ive been trying to figure out how to work hdmi to oldy t.vs since i dont have an HDTVhopefully someone knows what im doing wrong and could recommend an alternative cheap method

if you are going to composite change your resolution to 480i or 480p...
ummm, aside from that you can use a converter box (vga to composite)<-- i did that for a few years a long time ago. =D -
480i?
my computer doesnt even detect it, and my tv doesnt allow changing resolution
-
through composite you wont be able to display anything higher than 480p, you will have to try and create a custom resolution of either 640x480 if you have 4:3 TV or 720x480 if you have a 16:9
-
Have you tried configuring using the Nvidia Control panel to check if its detected there or just the normal display properties ?
-
you know when you enter control panel, and how you access the area where you control the display.. it doesnt detect the t.v and i even forced it using the force mode thing =[
-
Right click on the desktop and click Nvidia control panel if its available. Check if that detects your tv.
-
thats what i did
..(previous post)
-
uh bumpppppppppppppppppp
-
anyone???? tell me its hopeless or something
-
TV may not support it.
