    My config is
    Q9100 Extreme 3,06
    4GB RAM 1066
    GF9800GTS
I downloaded Avatar trailer and played it but noticed slight fps drops.
Is this normal? Is my cpu too weak to process such stuff?

How did you get a core 2 quad to run on the 7805u?

*EDIT* After further research, there is no such chip as a Q9100 Extreme 3.06.

    There is X9100 Extreme @3.06 and a Q9100 @ 2.26

Perhaps you have the X9100 because I'm pretty sure that your lappy wouldn't be displaying much with the Q9100 installed.

well your computer should handle that video just fine... I noticed my 1080p movies stuttering and found out it was bc of powermiser downclocking my card so I just disabled it and now I get no stuttering at all

try giving the cccp package a shot. the default is very good picture quality but you can configure it anyway you wish getting even more quality outta it :D like for example introducing coreavc 2.0 pro into the mix gives great result for high def (it now also supports cuda)

    you can download it here

For some reason 7805u with the 9800 GTS seems to have problems when hardware acceleration is turned on with DivX player and Flash players in full screen. Disable hw acceleration and you will be fine.
