This is my first time setting up a wireless network so I'm just going to hope I'm forgetting something stupid. I set up a linksys wrt54gs wireless router to use with my 7805u/PS3. I can connect with the PS3 just fine, but not with the laptop. Whenever I scan for a network it says none exists, even though the PS3 finds it fine. I have vista check for a solution and it says to turn my wireless switch "on" for the laptop. It's on. I tried it on, I tried it off. Vista says the hardware is installed and working properly. When I connect the laptop to the router with a wire it works. Is there some secret "turn wireless on" setting that I don't know about? Or is it just that my laptop router is fried?

Have you tried Fn+F2 with the actual wireless switch is in the "on" position?
