    When I play games like cod4 counter strike and such (including bench mark programs)

    I get hiccups duing the game, like a sudden frame drops? is my gpu defected?

    Update drivers as well as CoD4?

    I played CoD4 and experienced no such things as you've described.

    make sure power setting is set to high performance, and that you are on AC.

    Good point. I tried playing a game while on battery power... I thought I was playing on Intel graphics.
