Ok, well my 7811 is in trouble. I don't have a lot of options right now other than to send it in and hope for the best, but the best probably won't be all that great. TZS0 spikes when overclocking, and both TZS0 and TZS1 have been going up lately even when idling due to the deteriorating thermal padding. So I've decided to stop complaining, put on my man pants, and do the copper mod. The problem is I have never done any mod even close to this complicated, or hard to pull off anyway. I remember there was a thread on this where E-wrecked posted his copper cut dimensions and rudimentary instructions, but I can't find it. Does anybody know where it is, or has anybody else done the mod and knows what sizes to get (E-wrecked can't remember).

Edit: Also if anybody knows a place online to order custom cuts, that would help too.
