    7811 speaker replacement help

    I just noticed my refurbished 7811 right speaker is damaged, sounds like a speaker that has a tear or hole in it. Has anyone replaced the speakers, how hard is it to fix, any ideal on where to get replacement speaker?

    Any help would be great, thanks.
