I bought a 7811 in august (right after it came out). I also got a BB guarantee for 200-250$ for 2 years. Would it fix my 7811 for free because one day i just tried to plug my external hdd, and some black piece of plastic came off, and now port is not working. Anyone...? or i just should go straight to BB and ask them?

    thanks

i have an lcd monitor that broke on me two years after i bought it at best buy but had a 3 years warranty and they didnt even ask me anything other then whats wrong. they just sent it out for repair. be forwarned though it took them a month from ship out to received date so be prepared to not have a laptop for a good while. unless the opt out and just give yah a 7805u to replace it.
